Unit should be in working condition for this appointment with no known issues (ie. no low/dead batteries, broken remote control or wall switch, pilot out, intermittent lighting, gas or electrical troubles.)

Safety point inspection and a cleaning of a gas unit.

Price: $529 due at time of appointment
Gas Diagnostic
Diagnose a gas unit that is failing to light or having intermittent issues and estimate to fix or replace.
Cost + Parts
This is the cost to dispatch a technician to your home. The Dispatch fee covers travel time to your home, it also includes up to 1 hour of diagnostic time once on site. Diagnostics could be completed as quickly as a few minutes or could take up to an hour depending on your unit and complexity of the system. Cost of service does not change based on time spent. The Dispatch fee does not include any parts, pilot relighting or Hansen & Sons supplied battery replacement services as those are subject to additional charges.
Any parts replaced onsite at time of this appointment must be paid in full prior to tech leaving. Any parts needing replacement that must be ordered, require 50% deposit and payment in full of diagnostic service prior to scheduling.
